How creator memberships work

Joining a creator's membership means paying a small amount each month for access to their members-only content and community, for as long as you keep the membership. On Dollar Fan Club memberships start at $1 a month, billing is recurring, and you can cancel at any time — access continues until the current period ends.

A membership is deliberately simple: you pick a creator, choose a monthly amount, and from then on you are part of their members-only space until you cancel. There is no bundle to work out and nothing that is delivered once and finished.

What you get

  • Members-only posts from the creator: behind-the-scenes material, works in progress, early looks, and updates.
  • Their community: comments and conversation with the creator and other members.
  • Entries into any promotional giveaway the creator is running while your membership is active.

How billing works

Memberships recur monthly and start from $1. Payments are processed by Stripe, and the creator is the merchant of record for their own memberships — your support goes to them, minus the platform fee and payment processing. The exact amount and the recurring terms are shown before you confirm.

You can cancel at any time. Cancelling stops future charges; you keep access for the period you have already paid for, and you are not charged again after that.

How giveaway entries fit in

If a creator is running a promotional giveaway, active members receive entries as one feature of the membership. Crucially, that is never the only way in: every promotion also offers a free entry method that requires no purchase and carries the same chance of winning. What a membership is not

  • Not a lottery ticket: you are paying for content and community, and any giveaway has a free entry route.
  • Not a one-off purchase: there is no single deliverable, and nothing arrives in the post unless a creator says so.
  • Not a replacement for following: keep following for discovery, join for the relationship.
