These Subscription Terms apply when you start a paid membership with a creator on Dollar Fan Club. They add to, and do not replace, our Terms of Service.
1. What you are buying
A membership is a monthly, recurring subscription to a specific creator's fan club. The exact price of the tier you select is shown to you before you are sent to checkout, and again on the checkout page itself.
Your first charge occurs when you complete checkout. After that, the same amount is charged each month on the recurring billing date until the subscription is canceled.
2. Who you are buying from
Payments are processed through Stripe using direct charges to the creator's own connected Stripe account. The creator is the seller and merchant of record for your membership and is responsible for delivering the membership benefits they describe.
Dollar Fan Club operates the platform that hosts the creator's page, membership tiers, and giveaways, and may receive a platform fee on transactions. Dollar Fan Club is not the seller of the membership.
3. Automatic renewal
Your membership renews automatically each month until it is canceled. You are not asked to confirm each renewal, and no separate reminder is sent before a renewal charge.
4. Cancellation
You can cancel at any time from the billing/customer portal reachable from your dashboard. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not cancel a charge that has already been made.
Unless applicable law requires otherwise, cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period you have already paid for. Your membership access continues until that period ends, and the membership then lapses.
Canceling does not by itself trigger a refund or a prorated credit for the remainder of the paid period. See the Refund & Billing Policy.
5. Price, taxes, and currency
Membership prices are shown in US dollars. Applicable taxes, currency conversion, and any fees your bank or card issuer applies may change the total amount that appears on your statement.
If a creator changes the price of a tier, the new price applies to future billing periods only. You can cancel before the next renewal if you do not want to continue at a changed price.
6. Changes to membership benefits
Membership benefits are described by the creator and may change going forward, subject to applicable law and any notice it requires. Changes apply prospectively; they are not applied retroactively to periods you have already paid for.
If a creator closes their account or stops accepting subscriptions, future renewals of their memberships are canceled. Access ends when the paid period ends unless applicable law requires otherwise.
7. Membership and giveaways are separate
A membership is a purchase of membership benefits. It is not the purchase of a giveaway entry, and buying a membership is not required to take part in a giveaway that offers a free method of entry.
NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY to enter eligible giveaways where a free entry method is offered. A purchase does not improve your chances of winning unless the promotion-specific Official Rules explicitly and lawfully state otherwise.
Eligibility, odds, entry mechanics, and winner selection for any giveaway are governed by the Official Rules published for that promotion, which control over any summary shown elsewhere on the platform.
8. Suspension and termination
Dollar Fan Club may suspend or remove accounts and content that violate the Terms of Service. If your account is closed, future renewals are canceled as described above.
