1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Dollar Fan Club ("DFC"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By using DFC, you represent that you meet this requirement.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must not impersonate other users or brands. DFC reserves the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
4. Giveaways
All giveaways on DFC are subject to our Giveaway Rules. Winners are selected by an automated, unbiased system. No purchase is necessary to enter any giveaway. Void where prohibited.
5. Payments & Subscriptions
Subscription payments are processed through Stripe. Creators receive payouts according to Stripe Connect terms. DFC does not store payment card information.
6. Prohibited Content
Adult content, harassment, spam, scams, and impersonation are strictly prohibited. DFC reserves the right to remove content and suspend accounts without notice.
7. Limitation of Liability
DFC is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform.
